Cannot access WAMP.net, as the site is being blocked as a Trojan. Is this legit? I've been using the platform for local development for some time now.

Due to this, I cannot perform local updates, etc.

Note: I've had problems with this in the past, due to MWB.

Is this due to "NSSM.EXE", which under its details is listed as "The non-sucking service manager"?
