ariesike Posted August 24, 2021 ID:1476447 Share Posted August 24, 2021 Hi~ Our online site url is being blocked by Malwarwbytes Browser Guard. The site is a URL that downloads images to the map service and does not post malicious files. We are receiving customer CS because of Malwarwbytes Browser Guard blocking, and our service is being adversely affected. Please unblock our CDN URL. hxxps://map3.daumcdn.net/map_hybrid_hd/2106wof/L6/248/111.png Link to post

Staff JPopovic Posted August 24, 2021 Staff ID:1476486 Share Posted August 24, 2021 Hello, This is a Browser Guard block. I will alert the proper team to investigate. Thank you! @gonzo 1 Link to post
gonzo Posted August 24, 2021 ID:1476570 Share Posted August 24, 2021 There was a similar block which I whitelisted on your map0 subdomain on the same server. I just modified the whitelist entry to include the entire domain. It will take 15-30 minutes to work its way out into the field. Please let me know whether this has been a successful change. If not, I will need a list of the various subdomains you have so that I can whitelist each of them (which I would prefer not to do). Link to post
ariesike Posted August 24, 2021 Author ID:1476624 Share Posted August 24, 2021 @gonzo Thank you for your quick reply. After clearing the browser cache and accessing the URL(map3.daumcdn.net), the URL can be accessed correctly. Below is a list of our Map service CDN addresses. Please add them to the whitelist as well. map.daumcdn.net map0.daumcdn.net map1.daumcdn.net map2.daumcdn.net map3.daumcdn.net map4.daumcdn.net Thanks. Link to post
Solution gonzo Posted August 25, 2021 Solution ID:1476765 Share Posted August 25, 2021 I have created whitelist entries for the remaining subdomains, so your users should not have any more surprises. Please allow 15-30 minutes for whitelisting to take effect. 1 Link to post
