ice739 Posted August 20, 2021 ID:1475869 Share Posted August 20, 2021 Recently ive had a bit of a panic about a malware i thought i had removed has changed some things in my system, although running a scan with mcafee clears the majority of it up, but on startup it returns. I have run a scan with hitmanpro and it seems to be IntelAudioService.exe was changed when i had the malware originally. I have a dell inspirion 15 5000 running windows 10 and i think i just need help replacing the file. Thanks.
Root Admin AdvancedSetup Posted August 20, 2021 Root Admin ID:1475884 Share Posted August 20, 2021 Hello @ice739 Let us get some logs so that we can further discuss your possible issue. Getting a bit late for me so I may have to follow up with you tomorrow. Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop. Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. You can check here if you're not sure if your computer is 32-bit or 64-bit Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer. Press the Scan button. It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please attach it to your reply. The first time the tool is run, it also makes another log (Addition.txt). Please attach it to your reply as well. Thank you
