Website blocked due to reputation

just created a new site rescuestat.com and forwarded all of the pages from the previous domain statpads.com to this new site.   BOTH sites show the error 'Website blocked due to reputationWebsite'.  the statpads site was running fine before the move to the new site.

The rescuestat.com site has been whitelisted. Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect. Sorry for the inconvenience.

There is no problem with the other site.  If you read the block message carefully, it is showing a block for rescuestat.com due to a redirect on the old site to allow users to get to the new site.
