Site is not blocked, but please see the Sucuri test result I have linked here.  According to Sucuri, the site has been hacked.  Accessing the site, I am seeing a Microsoft OneDrive directory and its contents.  Based on this combination of evidence, I would question the integrity of this site.

It appears that any "1drv.ms" link is blacklisted by PhishTank.  This type of link appears to be a shortcut link created when you right click a onedrive folder in file explorer and hit the "share" icon.  But when you follow the link it takes you to a "onedrive.live.com" link that is not blacklisted.  Workaround seems to be to use the 1drv.ms link in order to get to the onedrive.live.com link and then copy/use that one as the redirect target.  For example, both links below go to same onedrive folder for www.centerplace.biz but the first one is blacklisted and the second one is not:

I AM glad to hear that what I saw on the site was what was actually expected.  I went ahead and whitelisted the site, and that should be effective in 15-30 minutes.
