[ RESOLVED ] Malwarebytes VPN Blue Screening computer on connection

the VPN is what would blue screen my computer before, whenever i would turn it on

Go ahead and check for updates for both programs.

Run a Threat Scan with Malwarebytes and post back the log.

Then run the Privacy VPN and make sure you can connect and browse the Web. Give it a spin and see if it does produce a BSOD or not and let me know.

i checked updates and scanned, but where would i find a log?

When you finish the scan it should end on the report/log screen.

 

You can find Scan and Protection logs within the Malwarebytes 4 program in the following location

 

 

RTP stands for Real-Time Protection and is where automatic protection operations would normally be logged

 

 

If you click on the View option you should get something similar to the following with other options available.

Please restart the computer again.

Then open Malwarebytes and on the main screen click to perform a new Threat Scan

Okay, I'm heading out. Keep testing, trying out the Malwarebytes Privacy VPN and let me know if any issues crop up or if you get a BSOD from it.

well i have the stuff on right now and my pc still hasnt turned blue screen, I think it's all good now for real this time haha

Yes, hopefully the issue should be resolved now. Before it was BSOD immediately for you.
