Website being blocked by Browser Guard

Two of my clients subdomains is being blocked due to reputation, which doesn't make sense. It is a test prep tool used by students across the US and does not offer any risks. Kaspersky shows an HTTP status 302 on their list as suspicious, which does not make any sense because 1) we use a 301 status, not 302, and 2) the redirection only occurs when you use HTTP redirecting to HTTPS, which I thought it should be seen as a good thing. Can the URLs below be whitelisted in your platform, please?

Thanks in advance!

The site has been whitelisted. Please allow 15-30 minutes for changes to take effect. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Post edited because I had flaky results due to swapping blocker products in and out.  Reputation block was observed with Browser Guard, and was whitelisted.
