Everything is fine for now, thanks for your help.

Could you help with uninstalling all the tools that I installed to remove the infection. 

Also will I still be able to remove malware after my Malwarebytes trial has expired?

Yes, Malwarebytes Free detects and removes the same as the paid version. It just does not include real-time protection modules to prevent the infection in the first place.

Please rename FRST64.exe to UNINSTALL.exe and run it. That will remove the Farbar program.

AdwCleaner has an uninstall at the very bottom of the options

The other tools just manually delete including the log files they created
