PokyWizard Posted July 13, 2021 ID:1469154 Share Posted July 13, 2021 I currently have Malwarebytes for Teams for a small team (two users, besides me), but due to the pandemic, they have to work remotely with the machine provided by the company. It so happens that I can't know if people have their antivirus updated or even running it. For example, some time ago a user started to update the application, but because it didn't finish, the software didn't run for several days until I checked it remotely in my remote update routine. With Monthly security reports, I can know how many protections have occurred, but I can't exactly know which machine triggered the alert and when it was triggered. With Malwarebytes Endpoint Protection can I have this kind of reporting and tracking of application usage?
Solution AlexSmith Posted July 13, 2021 Solution ID:1469174 Share Posted July 13, 2021 @PokyWizard yes, Malwarebytes Endpoint Protection is a managed product that uses our Malwarebytes Nebula cloud management platform and would give you the reporting/tracking you are looking for. If needed, you can learn more about the technical specifics on our support site: https://support.malwarebytes.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039985913
