I'm sorry to post this here.  I'm not sure what forum to post this in.  I've looked for contact info, and couldn't find an email address.  The phone number I called wasn't any help either.  I must have signed up for an account at some point in the past, and my account apparently automatically renewed a few days ago.   I don't even use this product, and haven't even downloaded the update.  I'd like a refund.  My account was charged $42, and I don't have the extra income to pay for this right now.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks

For any of these issues:

  • Renewals
  • Refunds (including double billing)
  • Cancellations
  • Update Billing Info
  • Multiple Transactions
  • Consumer Purchases
  • Transaction Receipt
