MBAB Corporate not responding during quick scan

Running Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Corporate 1.80.2.1012 on Windows 10 home version 21H1, OS build 19043.1052. I re-installed and it did not fix the problem. During a quick scan it appears to scan the file system, but gets stuck during "Scanning additional items on your system" whatever that may be. The window will white out and become unresponsive but the number of items scanned will increase from time to time, but it's mostly frozen. Zero objects detected thus far. I don't recall this happening in the past during scans - could it be a malware related issue or more of a software compatibility issue? I'm also running Windows Security, which turned up nothing.

I cant assist with the issue but I do want to point out the life cycle of that version.

I would highly suggest that you open a support ticket with Business Support to work with them directly.

Submit Support Ticket

It can take a few days for a response as ticket volume is high at this time.
