I cannot influence your internet speed. I do see from your logs thatyou are using a VPN, you could try turning the VPN off and see if that helps.

Sophos is a very thorough AV scanner, it is more benificial for you to let the download finish and then run the scan..

There is a VPN running at boot, if you open that program and select Disconnect... You will also need to stop it running at boot via MSConfig settings..

HKLM-x32\...\Run: [RadminVPN] => C:\Program Files (x86)\Radmin VPN\RvRvpnGui.exe [1799040 2020-05-27] (Famatech Corp. -> Famatech Corp.)

Lets run a fresh scan with FRST and post the two logs, i`ll stop the VPN with a fix and any other software that may have an affect on internet speed...

Run FRST one more time, ensure all boxes are checkmarked under "Whitelist" but only Addition.txt under "Optional scan" Select scan, when done post the new logs. "FRST.txt" and "Addition.txt"

Hello AnhducLe,

Thanks for thoe logs, continue:

Download attached fixlist.txt file (end of reply) and save it to the Desktop, or the folder you saved FRST into. "Do not open that file when running FRST fix"
NOTE. It's important that both FRST and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work.

Open FRST and press the Fix button just once and wait.
The tool will make a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt) or the folder it was ran from. Please post it to your reply.
