Website still blocked due to reputation, please help review

Thanks for whitelisting website https://www.avenueroadroofing.com/ earlier today.

Our customer tried visiting the site again but it seems like it's still blocked due to reputation (message below).
Can you please help review?

The site is accessible.  He needs to dump his browser cache, because his browser is doing his best to help him navigate the web quickly...including blocks that are no longer valid.  Once he does that, he should be fine.
