Telegram uninstaller and assc. reg key marked "Malware.Sandbox"

The uninstaller for Telegram in the AppData folder, as well as its associated registry key, popped up as "Malware.Sandbox.1", which I guess is something that only the machine-learning thingy does. Running a full scan a second time showed no detections, I guess it was a goof, but here's the detection log file from the first time
