I have tried out MalwareBytes and I am not satisfied with it. I cannot afford it, and the support is not very good for me. I am never using this malware again.

Can explain better?

Why not satisfied and why cant afford it?

Free version has scans on demand (no real-time protection) and to block malicious websites can install Malwarebytes Browser Guard extension at Firefox or Chrome

Ah... even the free version no interfere with online games and P2P applications

The reason why I'm not satisfied with it is because I can't scan all of my computer with the free version and I have to pay just to scan my whole computer. Plus it crashed my computer whenever I use it.

You can scan the full computer with the free.

When you computer crashes when malwarebytes do a scan, then there is some software problem with your computer!  It even can be hardware related like overheating laptop or pc.

If you gather the logs, we can look what is causing this.

I always get this message whenever I try to install the Malware "antivirus" program:

I'm sorry the software isn't working properly but we'll do our best to help.

To begin, please do the following so that we may take a closer look at your installation for troubleshooting:

NOTE: The tools and the information obtained is safe and not harmful to your privacy or your computer, please allow the programs to run if blocked by your system.

  • Download the Malwarebytes Support Tool
  • In your Downloads folder, open the mb-support-x.x.x.xxx.exe file
  • In the User Account Control pop-up window, click Yes to continue the installation
  • Run the MBST Support Tool
  • In the left navigation pane of the Malwarebytes Support Tool, click Advanced
  • In the Advanced Options, click Gather Logs. A status diagram displays the tool is Getting logs from your machine
  • A zip file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be saved to your desktop, please upload that file on your next reply

Thanks

Hello @DavidKJr

I'm not sure I understand your issue. On June 6 you said you did not like the program and would never use it. Have you changed your mind? Would you like assistance either getting it installed or scanning and cleaning your computer?

Thank you
