Is that normal? What I mean is, when I open Powershell, and put in "help" it responds with "Update-Help" at which point it says there are no help files on my computer.  Shouldn't there be?  Or has the Command Prompt spoiled me.

PowerShell is nothing like command prompt.

It is a very powerful scripting language and would be best to either take a class or review some websites about PowerShell to get better acquainted with it.

now I shall GASP.

Also, I am updated, or have updated Windows, rather,  and now the new updates look something like this from Settings.  Just a forgive the format.  At this hour I am apparently beyond dumb.
