Libmusixmatch.dll file... I believe this is a false positive

Hi... Malwarebytes Premium v4.4.0 recently began quarantining the file "libmusixmatch.dll" when performing a heuristic scan (Malware.Heuristic.1008) of my system.  Libmusixmatch.dll is used by the foobar2000 component "Lyric Show 3" to make calls to the Musixmatch.com Lyrics API to search for (using "Artist" & "Title" as search parameters) and retrieve (if found) lyrics from musixmatch for the song currently being played in foobar2000.  The reason that I believe this may be a false positive is because neither Malwarebytes nor Kaspersky Total Security detected any potential threats when I first downloaded & installed the libmusixmatch.dll file 7+ months ago or during any of the numerous occasions since when being invoked by foobar2000's Lyric Show 3 component to retrieve lyrics from musixmatch for some of the songs in my music collection.

However starting with a heuristic scan performed on my system in the early morning hours of April 28, 2021, Malwarebytes began quarantining this file under the name Malware.Heuristic.1008 whenever it was detected.  Without access to the file's source code, is there any way to definitively determine whether this file actually poses any real threats to my system?

Thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter.  I compressed libmusixmatch.dll into a zip file and have attached it for reference purposes.
