Trojan files and folder reappearing after removing. (Windows 10)

Recommended Posts

Okay, so it's been 3 days since I got ransomware in my pc, and I actually don't have any hope if I can decrypt my files as I have already tried emisoft decryption tool. But for now I only want my pc to be trojan and infection free, it's okay if I don't get my files back I just want my pc to stay perfect as it was earlier.

So, the thing is I used malwarebytes, it detects trojan, I delete them but that folder in program files named as suwo keep reappearing with trojan in it's files. What should I do please guide and help me or do I have to reinstall windows removing every single data??

Hello @Vishalyadav

It's really up to you. We can attempt to clean up the computer, but if you really want to be 100% sure all is good and clean then you'd need to do a full clean, fresh install of Windows 10 including removing all partitions.

Please let me know what direction you'd like to take and I'll be happy to try and assist you either way.

Note, it is almost 1 AM here for me so I'm going offline but will follow up with you tomorrow and assist however you decide.

Cheers
