Administrators jtodd234 Posted May 26, 2021 Administrators ID:1459466 Share Posted May 26, 2021 Hi Hector123, I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with your iPhone. Based on your symptoms we are not aware of any specific virus or other software that would cause this behavior specifically on an iPhone. Can you please let us know what iPhone model you have and any additional details of what you are experiencing as this will help us to understand what is happening in this instance. By chance when your phone is getting hot do you notice your battery dying quickly as well? You can check battery usage by going to settings> Battery, a screenshot of this usage would be great. Should you need it I have included instructions for taking a screenshot on your Iphone below:https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT200289#:~:text=Press the Side button and the Home button at the, left corner of your screen.

Administrators jtodd234 Posted May 27, 2021 Administrators ID:1459747 Share Posted May 27, 2021 Hi Hector123, Thanks for the screenshot, based on the information provided the overheating looks to be associated with consumption of the apps shown mainlyTiktok which is using up 68% of the Battery capacity and can extended use of an app can cause the phone to feel warm. As for the capacity of the battery it is not uncommon for these to loose capacity overtime especially if you are a heavy user as each "cycle" of discharging and charging affects the overall capacity of the battery. I personally don't see anything that would be malicious from what has been shared thus far. If interested Apple does offer battery changes and I have included information below for you: https://support.apple.com/iphone/repair/service/battery-power Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
