OBDServices Posted May 21, 2021 ID:1458368 Share Posted May 21, 2021 Hi there, A customer said that our Shopify site www.manchesterwarehouse.com.au is blocked due to a Trojan virus. The customer uses Malwarebytes as her anti-virus. We sent regular campaign/EDM using Mailchimp. The customer noticed it when she opens the site through a URL on the EDM. However, we have checked through online virus and blocklist checkers and the site is safe. The EDM looks good as well. We think this is a wrong report. Could you please help us to confirm it?
