Malwarebytes detected stuff and I am not entirely sure what it is

I do have Malwarebytes premium and it scans daily. I've never had many issues with malware in the past. I basically only go on Steam/movie streaming sites (netflix, prime)/youtube/twitch and the odd site. Nothing not commonly used.

 

This morning my pc did the usual scan, but this time it came up with quite a few results. I've attached the log here and have quarantined the items listed, but I do not know what the output means or if I should be worried.

If someone could let me know if things are all good now, or if there are any additional steps I should take to be sure my pc is secure, that would be great!

This was a False Positive detection. You can restore all entries from quarantine titled as Riskware.Injector.Generic, it only detected Scheduled Tasks.
