Malwarebytes Privacy does not work.

Not sure if this is a me problem or Malwarebytes problem. I try to connect to a server, doesn't work. I've attached by Malwarebytes Support Tool logs zip below. Specific message is as follows: "We're having trouble reaching our registration server. Try again later or contact support Error code: MB404104" If this is just a Malwarebytes problem I will say I have had issues with the VPN before today, it refuses to work whenever I try it.
