Exploit.CVE202121551 False Positive?

so I have the same problem but it's strange, It gets removed but dell adds it right back once I started my pc, I saw it pop back into existence while my pc was getting ready, I don't really think it's a virus because I made sure I ran Malwarebytes as administrator and made sure it was up to date (4.5.0) 

 

the file locations are the exact same if you're wondering

I'm looking through that and none of it actually tells me how to use the SupportAssist app, I see where you can tell it to do a virus check but since I bought my pc awhile ago I can't run it, Is there any other solutions or something I'm not understanding that you can help with?
