Tried canceling automatic renewal as they say but it says it can't because of an error so try again later but several days "later" still same scam.  As a bonus in frustration, they won't give you a phone number to talk to anyone so you're left with nothing!  I will just cancel the credit card.  I will not recommend this product to anyone because it's just a scam to keep taking your money.

Yeah, same old crap!  I TRIED that and it always the same old non-information.  Your response just reinforces the fact that your company is a scam.

If you have the ticket number from the support request we can get it escalated.

Sorry you feel that way. I was just passing the proper contact info for support.

FYI, By purchasing a subscription to Malwarebytes, It is part of the agreement for auto billing.

Not a scam as all subscriptions to all products auto bill, Support can remove automatic billing or refund your purchase if you wish, your choice but the link to it I offered is the only solution available when the self service portal fails..

Yeah well once again your comments are useless.  I have done everything their site says to do and nothing works.  It's a big run-around.
