Potential False Positive on Old File

I dont know if it is a false positive but evidence suggests a high probability of that.

Case (not the file) probably similar to https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/274075-false-positives-on-old-files/ but I am not supposed to respond (I think?) so new thread:

Simply uploading the file to https://www.virustotal.com flags it too. No other anti virus responds (so only 1/68 is red).

File is 'game.dll' from the game Battle Worlds Kronos (downloaded from GOG). Installed probably 2014 and probably unchanged since then. No virus scan on the computer before has responded to it - assuming its identical. Have run Malwarebytes often before but not recently.

Forgot to mention:

It is flagged as 'Trojan.MalPack' - although this is in the link and .log.

And all 3 'game.dll' in the .log were considered identical when trying to upload to virustotal - didnt run a file compare though.
