False positive on ASUS's Sonic Suite 3 (SS3Svc32.exe)

I'm aware that there is a similar named malware out there, but i installed it from the official ASUS webpage. It does not detect it as a malware yesterday. And i also did a reinstall but it is still marked as malware.
I've tested the file on VirusTotal, and only malwarebytes detect it as a malware (MachineLearning/Anomalous.100% at Virus Total, Malware.AI.2727090929 when scanned locally).

I've attached the exe file.

Our engine format and configuration in VirusTotal is different than our consumer and corporate products’ default configuration. In VirusTotal we use a command-line engine with different configuration and detection techniques/heuristics which might detect more than the commercial product. There are also false-positive suppression mechanisms in the commercial product which are not present in the command-line engine in VirusTotal.

It is not detected by the consumer or commercial versions of Malwarebytes.

This will resolve itself in Virustotal  after a while.

Huh, that's weird. It is detected on my laptop when i scan locally.

So can i take it as it is safe to put it in the allow list for now and check periodically if it's resolved on my end?

Yeah, I've got this false positive as well, not just that file but also some registry settings and even the shortcuts on my desktop. I've had these since I built this PC years ago, installed from the disc that came with the motherboard, and Malwarebytes only just now decided to give me this false positive.

The files in this image that I've unchecked I know for certain are safe, I'm still looking into the other ones, but I suspect they're related files/registries.
