For some reason, my daily scan has stopped working. I happened to think about it today and saw the last scan was April 8. I did confirm that it is still set to scan daily at 2am. I went ahead and ran a scan, but I need to figure out why the daily scan stopped working all of a sudden. Any idea why this would have happened or what I can try to do to fix?  I had cleared cache on my phone about a week ago due to another problem, so that's not the issue.

I'm using a OnePlus 6T v10.3.9

Hi @hikerguy,

We are sorry you are experiencing this issue with your daily scan. Please try the following the steps below.

  1. Go to settings ---> apps and find/click Malwarebytes in the App info list
  2. Go to Storage & cache
    1. Click Clear Storage
    2. Click Clear cache
  3. Click the Back arrow to go back to Malwarebytes main App Info screen
  4. Click Uninstall
  5. Go to Google PLAY store and re-install Malwarebytes
  6. Restart your device

If this does not resolve the daily scan issue, please submit a ticket to support.
