Registration server error

I am currently experiencing an issue with Malwarebytes privacy.
every time when I try to connect to any server I get this message.
"We're having trouble reaching our registration server. Try again later or contact support."
While doing my research I found out that there may be some sort of mistake with my premium license.
what can I do to fix this?

I'm sorry you're experiencing trouble with the software, but we'll do our best to help.

Thank you for posting the logs, they should prove helpful.  The logs do indeed show that there is some sort of issue with your license:

installation token not entitled

To get the issue corrected, please contact Malwarebytes Support directly via the web form on this page and they will be able to check to see what's going on with your license on the back end to work out what needs to be done to correct it.
