False positive on Inspiration 9 and Inspiration 10

Hi, we've had a couple of our customers of our Inspiration 9 and 10 software report that malwarebytes has started to quarantine some of the files installed and needed by our application, or files that they've created (.isf) as a false positive.

Our publisher website is https://www.inspiration-at.com/

Could you please look into this matter and white list our software, so that our customers can continue to use our software without interruption. They are currently having to un-quanrantine the files and are concerned it will happen again on the next update/ scan.

I need the scan log and the file detected. Please zip and attach here. 

This is a detection because they turned on expert system algorithms. Its recommend to leave that setting off for now.

Version 9 is not available for download on the site so nothing i can to do address that till you get the information.

Would it be possible to make sure our latest version 10 is white listed? They are digital signed builds (publisher: TechEd Marketing) and there are two installers which can be found here:
