HollySan Posted April 30, 2021 ID:1454235 Share Posted April 30, 2021 Website: www.FamilyTreeMagazine.com Reported incident from customer: Every page I connect with in FamilyTree causes Malwarebytes to block livechatinc.com as malware Review from Family Tree: There's no evidence that the site is still loading the livechatinc.com code, so I suspect what is happening here is that Malwarebytes (properly) flagged the site as an issue when it was an issue, but have not updated their systems now that the issue has been solved. We've reviewed the site again and have determined it no longer warrants being blocked so we've removed it from our database.
