Thoughts on what is causing this

Hi, I'm webmaster for this site. It's been in existence for at least ten years with no issues.

This just popped up today. Scans by Sucuri and Quttera show no malware. So, I'm a bit baffled by it. Let me know if I need to do something or maybe it's a false positive?
