Outbound connection trojan in chrome.exe

Hello.

I cleaned my computer with malwarebytes and adwcleaner.

However, I keep receiving an outgoing connection trojan pop-up as per below from chrome.exe

 

Can you please help? I've attached the relevant logs.

Note the domain portion of the blocked link.   Rxrtb.com

Know that the "block" notices mean that Malwarebytes is keeping your pc safe. For now, I would suggest that you do the top first  5   steps like on this one post of mine
