This should be fixed now. Thanks for reporting.

Interesting way of reporting false positives, but even more interesting way of fixing heuristic issues.

After one year avfilter-7.dll started to be detected again the same as malware.heuristic.1001

If there are some issues with this file and heuristic analyzer - in such case please whitelist it.

Thank you for understanding!

The attached file is not detected by the consumer or commercial versions of Malwarebytes.

If the problem persists after waiting a few days and submitting for re-scan, please post in this forum for a researcher to investigate further.

This problem is already for 2 months. Therefore please investigate this issue.

Otherwise do you prefer to keep this false positive for years?

Again the same False Positive - avfilter-7.dll, File distributed by MY.GAMES: Malware.Heuristic.1001

I am 100% sure that if I will contact VirusTotal they will tell as usual that they provide only information and when Antivirus Vendor will update its database - then result at VirusTotal will also become soon updated. But you tell that it happens only at VirusTotal. Quite ambiguous. Not sure if you will resolve it. But anyway thanks for trying, as nowadays there are already several antivirus vendors who will never fix their false positives (especially ML ones) and VirusTotal cannot do anything with that. Sad but true.
