Larbo52 Posted April 24, 2021 ID:1453187 Share Posted April 24, 2021 For the last few weeks, I have unable to access reviews on Costco.com. Turns out that I have to disable the Browser Guard extension in Chrome to make it work again. Please fix. I already removed in and re-downloaded/installed to the same effect. Closed Chrome and re-opened, too. Thanks. Link to post
Porthos Posted April 24, 2021 ID:1453190 Share Posted April 24, 2021 (edited) You can click the green checkmark and trust the following item/tracker in Browser Guard interface. Edited April 24, 2021 by Porthos Link to post

Larbo52 Posted April 25, 2021 Author ID:1453273 Share Posted April 25, 2021 That did it. In case anyone reads this thread later..... With the Reviews page activated, I had to go into the Extensions Icon in the top right corner, click on Browser Guard and it opened to the page image you displayed. I played with the items on the list and found the one at fault "display.ugc.bazaarvoice.com". What a pain, but it worked! Should I notify someone to make modifications to accomodate this "page"? Porthos, thanks!!!! Link to post

gonzo Posted April 26, 2021 ID:1453470 Share Posted April 26, 2021 That is a tracker, and a stated purpose of Browser Guard is to block trackers. The change that you made is the recommended method of dealing with the block on reviews. 1 Link to post
