Possible False Positive Malware.Heuristic.1003 PE_File.dll

I certainly don't know enough to prove It is, but from the virus total report below, if not somehow falsified, it seems to be related to my motherboard(BIOS).  I haven't updated anything myself recently, so that's the only reason I have to be suspect of the file and leave it in quarantine currently.

Note: I also included a PE_Rom.dll file in case there was some relation or could be of help as they're both in the same folder.
