My Account was stolen

Good afternoon, I woke up this morning and saw an email that my password had been changed. I tried to log in and the email has been changed. I submitted a ticket but wanted to hopefully expedite the process as my elderly folks use this as well as one of my 3 computers. How can I reclaim my account. I have submitted a ticket #3443444. and gathered log info. also I know my account is set to auto renew in a little over a month. is there anyway whoever took my account can access my card info?

Thank you for replying. I will keep an eye open for it. Just a little freaked out with the card information and my folks computers. Appreciate the reply.

You're welcome, they will definitely get it taken care of for you.  Additional measures are also being put in place to further secure users' accounts to prevent such issues from occurring in the future.

If I could make a suggestion. this has happened one other time. When an email got changed it sent an email to the old address (mine) with a link to switch the email back within x # of hours. I was able to reclaim and switch everything back very quickly.

Just a thought.
