Malware deleted my Windows Defender Service and has Admin Access

I have put the PC for a Quick Scan. I have removed all the softwares used and will also take a look at all the required updates.

 

So from my side, everything looks fine now. Nothing else required.

Thank you for all the help and 2 pages worth of support. 😄

You are more than welcome to end the discussion here as all issues are finally solved. 

Let me know if anything else is required from my side
