See the path of the file that is currently being scanned

In older versions of Malwarebytes you could see the name and path of the file that was currently being scanned, however this feature seems to now be removed. What is the reason for this, and can it be added back?

I believe it is 2 fold. First it slows down scanning. Scan speed is a high priority for the program.

Second it shows would be malware authors where Malwarebytes scans and does not scan during a threat scan.
