I have a virus in my computer and keeping sending emails

I have a virus in my computer and it is keeping sending emails to all my contact lists. It is sending an email with a zip file and whoever opens the zip, infecting and sending the same zip to his all contacts.

The emails are sending from @vip.163.com like my email address.

Please help me to solve it. I am a premium user.

What is the version of Windows ?

Is it Windows 10 ?

What is the antivirus program on this system?

Is it Windows Microsoft Defender ?

Do you use a web browser to get Email ?

If yes, which one exactly?

You likely should as a very first step, disconnect the network connection in Windows Settings & then run a full scan with the Windows Defender antivirus.

Have it remove what it finds.

Much patience needed here. As this will take many more follow-up steps later.

It is windows 10 and i use only malwarebytes and windows defender

I use outlook mostly for my emails. I did format my laptop but virus is still active. Is it on my iphone? Or on my computer?

Hello. You should know that this section of the malware removal sub-forum is just for Windows.  I can't help you on Iphone.

For your Windows 10 only, I can guide you thru several scans.  I will need detail reports later on.

The Microsoft Safety Scanner is a free Microsoft stand-alone virus scanner that can be used to scan for & remove malware or potentially unwanted software from a system.

Select the FULL scan from the Scan options.

Let me know the result of this.

The log is named MSERT.log  

the log will be at  

C:\Windows\debug\msert.log
