Can't install malwarebytes because of these issues

I runned FRST and its saying it has the microsoft edge blocked . when i see inside the windows firewall is not blocked , the thing is that i can not sign into my account or any account on edge , will install Malwarebytes after this is resolved , then another thing that was not resolved on the other topic . FRST it is showing AV ON  and AS OFF and  I uninstalled SAS what I tried so far :

1 moved default folder to desktop and renamed it as default.old 

2 uninstalled and installed edge from the powershell as administrator 

neither worked

FRST firewall settings does show Edge as "Blocked" also Opera as "Blocked. There also several random ports showing as "Blocked" We can easily remove those firewall rules with an FRST fix, is that what you want..?

 HI thank you kevinf80 I just want to enable edge .

Opera is working without issues , I wish to enable that too .

Please download the attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop or location where you ran FRST from. NOTE. It's important that both files, FRST or FRSTEnglish, and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work. did that ,then when I try to go to edge or try to start edge from chrome it closes itself it does not enter anymore edge

Set windows up for "Clean Boot" mode, full instructions here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/kb/929135 Basically all none MS services are disabled, see how your system runs in that mode, see if Edge will run now... Thanks, Kevin....
