If you're unable to run the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST) in Normal or Safe Mode or the computer won't boot at all, then please review the following video on how to run it from the Recovery Environment

NOTE: If you already have the Recovery Environment option available then you can run from that and locate the FRST program and run from the local drive.

You will need an 8GB or larger USB thumb drive to create the Windows 10 installation disk

Download the Microsoft Windows 10 Media Creation Tool

After you create the Windows 10 installation disk on the USB thumb drive, then copy over the FRST.EXE or FRST64.EXE to the same USB drive.

Remove the USB disk from the good computer and place it into the affected computer and boot from it.

If needed you may need to get into the BIOS / UEFI in order to set the boot order to allow booting from the USB thumb drive

Check your user manual that came with the computer or the vendor's website it that does not work for you

Find and run the FRST or FRST64 program and click the SCAN button. Post back the FRST.TXT log file for your helper to assist you further.
