Email notification that Malwarebytes Premium has expired

I received an email telling me that my subscription to Malwarebytes Premium has expired and to buy it.  I just checked my account and my subscriptions for same (two different purchases - one for me and my phone, one for a relative and their phone) are valid.  So I'm confused.   Is this a false email?  Or is this a problem?
