Browser Guard blocking site

Hey guys, we're getting an almost identical issue - customers on our website are getting a popup window warning of suspicious activity and recommending not to continue with the purchase.  Obviously, people are heeding the warning.  Luckily though, one customer has contacted us to let us know - we have no idea how many customers have seen a similar popup and just closed their browser, so it's a very real problem for us.

Here's a screenshot of what the customer sent us.  Can someone please check this and whitelist our site?

Many thanks

Gary

Gary,

I've moved your post to its own topic, as you'd posted it in the iOS forum, but the screenshot shows the issue is related to Browser Guard on a desktop computer.

I can duplicate the problem here, and it appears to be somehow related to the chat that pops up. I've alerted the Browser Guard team, and they'll be looking into this for you.
