Those are the normal ads displayed by Google; I just verified in my own browser after disabling all of my ad-blocking browser extensions.

If you install Malwarebytes Browser Guard which can be found here for Chrome, it should help.

You might also consider installing a dedicated ad blocking extension alongside Malwarebytes such as uBlock Origin.

Sorry but they are not normal. In my notebook they don't appear, in fact the problem i have is that every time i turn my pc on they appear, i run adwcleaner and then they stop appearing wich should be normal behavior

I cant answer that except your employer might have put some controls on it.

Not all AD blockers are the same.

Add Ublock origin for yourself and report back.

Here is a search from Google Chrome in Brazil without any Ad or Content blocking

Here is the same search in Firefox with both Malwarebytes Browser Guard and uBlock Orgin enabled

AdwCleaner is not designed to be a Browser cleaner. It often detects garbage in there as that is often one way to get into your computer and infect you, but using an Ad, Content blocker is the way to go to stop ADS

Even searching for our Browser Guard shows a ton of Ads

As the others have said, it's best to install a Content / Ad blocker on your browser

Malwarebytes Browser Guard on the Google Chrome Webstore

uBlock Origin on the Google Chrome Webstore
