shawniskrn Posted March 22, 2021 ID:1446331 Share Posted March 22, 2021 I think I have several different malwares on my computer. I have a few "regsvr32.exe" blocked by MB once a in while. I also have the stubborn Mask VPN files that won't be terminated. I downloaded malwarebytes and ran the scan and quarantined whatever it found. Hoping to cleanse my computer of any malware remnants and I'm assuming I have to follow similar steps as user: andyaz who had a similar issue back in October last year. Already deleted WebCompanion and Mask VPN and a few other things from my program's list. I will be awaiting your instructions. Thank you in advance. However, I'm noticing the "MASKVPNService" is still there when I open my Windows Task Manager and go into the Services tab. shawniskrn Posted May 8, 2021 Author ID:1455611 Share Posted May 8, 2021 Hi, Sorry about the ghosting. I ended up reformatting my PC that had the malware. I was having too many issues with my personal email being hacked along with my online banking. I think there was a keylogger installed on the computer. Hopefully the reformatting resolved the issue. I'm not using that computer in the mean time. Thanks for everything.
