Privacy is connecting for a long time and then saying can not connect. I have tried other VPN's and they work. My wifi is jus fine. Please tell me what I can do to fix it.

Now since you are up and running,

Can you please collect and upload as an attachment the diagnostic data using our MBST?

  • Download and run the Malwarebytes Support Tool
  • Accept the EULA and click Advanced tab on the left (not Start Repair)
  • Click the Gather Logs button, and once it completes, attach the zip file it creates on your desktop to your next reply

Hello @Ben546

Not sure how well the other programs are working. The Event Logs are showing quite a few errors including a DNS error which is what allows systems to find servers locally or on the Internet.

It also shows that at least one of your network devices are having issues as it believes you have another computer on the network with the same name which is not allowed.

I would suggest that you run our MBST tool and go to the Advanced, and then do a CLEAN which will remove both Malwarebytes and Privacy. It will also ask if you want to reinstall Malwarebytes (it does not auto reinstall Privacy) - please select NO and decline the installation of Malwarebytes until we're done looking at what is causing issues on your system.

After the reboot please find and run the following program:  C:\Users\benja\Downloads\FRSTEnglish.exe

Run that program and make sure there is a check mark on the Addition.txt check box and then attach both new logs on your next reply

FRST.txt
Addition.txt

Thanks
