Is this a false positive or should I be concerned?

The website in question is used by a third party browser extension for twitch.tv, so it being blocked is disrupting my usage of twitch.tv quite a bit.

I dont see why yesterday the emotes were loading and today they are blocked with zero explanation.

If you trust the site, just allow them on the Guard extension.

Right, but I trust malwarebytes over my own ignorant opinions on a website so want to be sure before using a potentially dangerous site.
