Please Unlist, False Positive for CustomMousePad.com

Please help, my site custommousepad.com is falsely getting flagged as Phishing. Our virus scan is coming up clean and we are a valid business and have run this site for 19 years. Also we have clear checks from:

Please let me know what I need to do to have our site removed.

Hello Again,

Our site has been listed again although still the files do not exist and virus scan is clean, see attached. Additionally after the last posting we enrolled in Comodo Cwatch to further protect from Malware and our status is clean through them as well, see attached. All scans are coming up clean as well from Google transparency, MX toolbox etc. Can you please tell me what I need to do to get unlisted?

Our site has been listed again although still the files do not exist and virus scan is clean. It was as recently as Sunday (view topic here) but it was determined safe. Additionally after the last posting we enrolled in Comodo Cwatch to further protect from Malware and our status is clean through them as well, see attached. All scans are coming up clean as well from Google transparency, MX toolbox etc. Can you please tell me what I need to do to get unlisted?

I am not seeing a block with any Malwarebytes product. Do you have a log or screenshot?
