Bubblejunk Posted March 19, 2021 ID:1445897 Share Posted March 19, 2021 Hello, Newest beta update version 4.3.0.98 component package 1.0.1236 started giving me NETIO.sys system_service_exceptions. This started 1 minute after Malwarebytes had updated to the beta and repeated itself briefly after starting up. Attached minidump of the first one. 031921-24609-01.dmp

If you would, please also provide the following logs for analysis in case the QA and Dev teams require them for troubleshooting and replication: Download and run the Malwarebytes Support ToolAccept the EULA and click Advanced tab on the left (not Start Repair)Click the Gather Logs button, and once it completes, attach the zip file it creates on your desktop to your next reply Thanks

Be sure your Kaspersky is fully up to date. I am sure dev's will also examine your dump files as well. Thanks for your report. You can also use the support tool to do a clean install to go back to the release version.

Staff tetonbob Posted March 19, 2021 Staff ID:1445918 Share Posted March 19, 2021 @Bubblejunk can you upload this full crash dump to a file sharing service such as WeTransfer, and post back the link? C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP The best way to upload this would be to copy it to your desktop first, then zip before uploading. You can find instructions for using WeTransfer in this previous post by AdvancedSetup https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/270017-numerous-bsods-daily-systems-very-slow/?tab=comments#comment-1436092 Thanks!
