Greetings,

I'm sorry that you experienced BSODs with the beta.  Thank you for reporting this and for providing the memory dump.  If you would, please also provide the following logs for analysis in case the QA and Dev teams require them for troubleshooting and replication:

  1. Download and run the Malwarebytes Support Tool
  2. Accept the EULA and click Advanced tab on the left (not Start Repair)
  3. Click the Gather Logs button, and once it completes, attach the zip file it creates on your desktop to your next reply

Thanks

Kaspersky Internet Security

Please also refer to this support article which lists several known applications which conflict with the Web Protection in Malwarebytes currently, which includes Kaspersky.

Do the BSOD's go away when you turn off WEB protection in Malwarebytes?

Has worked fine for 6months before

We have seen the issue off and on for a while now through assorted versions of Malwarebytes. Be sure your Kaspersky is fully up to date.

I am sure dev's will also examine your dump files as well.  Thanks for your report.

You can also use the support tool to do a clean install to go back to the release version.

@Bubblejunk can you upload this full crash dump to a file sharing service such as WeTransfer, and post back the link?
C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP

The best way to upload this would be to copy it to your desktop first, then zip before uploading.

You can find instructions for using WeTransfer in this previous post by AdvancedSetup

Thanks!
