Not sure if you can check things from your end, but I've had multiple people reach out as they are trying to book vaccinations or get forms and they can't get to the site (site is for a hospital in Toronto). Hello, thanks for bringing this to our attention. We've reviewed the site again and have determined it no longer warrants being blocked so we've removed it from our database.
